2k Financial Assistance from LGU will be given to Teachers

 

November 6, 2020- The Local Government of Lopez, Quezon Province formally turned over the Two thousand pesos financial assistance for teachers to the district supervisor of Lopez East and West. Distribution of said cash assistance will commence on Monday and Tuesday, November 9-10, 2020. 1000+ teaching and Non-teaching personnel from elementary and secondary were entitled to receive this year.

In his Facebook post, The District Supervisor of both East and West District of Lopez, Mr. Rejulios M. Villenes, reminded every personnel to observe proper health and safety protocols during the distribution.

Messages of gratitude to Municipal Mayor Rachel A. Ubana and the Sangguniang Bayan are flooding the page of both districts. This kind of financial assistance is a big help in this trying times. Said assistance was not the first from the municipal government, more were donated by this LGU to schools of Lopez like health and medicine supplies, personal protective equipment, duplicator machines, among others.

This kind of support to education were always dreamed of and welcome to educational institution. We pray that every LGU in this country were this kind of supportive because we all deserve each others compassion in this time of pandemic.
